I have purchased i10 earpod i10 earpods (Order & invoice no - iep29766, dated 31 march 2019).
When we opened shipment found that same is in damaged condition, below are the points we have noticed, i have taken the
1. One of the ear pod button is damaged (Not there).
2. Cover lock is also damaged, (One leg is damaged).
3. I have ordered i10 and received i7s series.
4. As i have ordered new ear pod, but while receipt found that its look like its used one, not in new condition.
Pic for your reference are enclosed, kindly look into this same, pl let me know the way forward to the return on the same.
