[Resolved] I2E — demanding money and threatening

I'm a student and was searching for jobs and then one day came across this company i2e, they offered bpo work on the website //wv. Bpoworks.in when i was doing my work the wifi disconnected and the first page disappeared after reconnecting. I called the company helpline no. - [protected] explained them the whole situation and they said that they will revert back but no one called. I myself tried calling them but my call was not answered afterwards and now they are calling me demanding for money ₹5100 as i didn't complete the work on time

i am unemployed person so i am started to search job in that time i across this company I2E, they offered job and also they put an agreement it is if i am fail to finished the project within 15 days i have to pay 5100 rupees. i fail to finished the job so i paid the money then they demanding 13000 for legal charge and then they demanding 15500 for agreement closing charge after that they demanding 8000 for closing your file for life long. they are blackmailed and threatening the money from me and my friend both of them is strugglein this matter. in that agreement they only mention 5100 rupees but till now they gather 40000 rupees from me and also gather 40000 rupees from my friend. but till now they are calling as and asking money. so i reject there call but they are send this legal letter.

THE COMPANY ASSURES THAT YOU ACCEPT THE BINDING AGREEMENT AND HENCE THEY CONDUCT THE LEGAL ACTION UNDER CIVIL WRONG AND CAUSE OF STATEMENT.

1: THE COMPANY WILL PROCEEDS LEGAL ACTION AND FILE A CASE AGAINST YOU.

2:THEY WILL SEND YOU A CASE ID NUM.

3:THERE AFTER THEY HAVE PROVIDE YOU THE LEGAL NOTICE ON YOUR RESIDENCE PROOF.

4:IF YOU IGNORE THE NOTICE THEN THE COMPANY WILL ISSUED YOUR SUMMONS BY COURT.(SUMMONS-A COURT HEARING AND ATTENDANCE COMPULSORY)
5:IF YOU DO NOT AVAIL IN SUMMONS THEN AS PER LAW THE COMPANY WILL WIN THE CASE BY DEFAULT AND YOU HAVE TO PAY THE COMPENSATION OF SOME BIG AMOUNT TO THE COMPANY.

i don't want to go to court or police station but we want to inform it to our government and also irequest you to take futher actions.
