Dear sir mera nam kaushik paul hai, aged-36 mai online job ka apply kar raha tha isi bich mujhe ek company jiska naam i2e bataya gaya tha, jiska office aurangabad, maharastra bataya gaya, unlogo ne online work karne ka agreement karwaya tha .Jo ki digitally kiya gaya, au mere sare address bhi unlogo ne noted kar dala,
us data entry ka kam bahut hi vast aur hard tha, un logo ka kahana tha ki yadi app 15 days ke ander work compltete nahi kar pate ho to mujhe penalty bharni hogi- 5100/- maine already yeh paise online apne sbi ke ac se un logo ke
dwara diya gaya bank ac no par maine transfer kar diya phir bhi woh mujhe lagatar phone par, mail par dham ki de raha, maine abhi tak total 5100+2000= 7100 de chuka hu woh aur pase ka demand kar raha hu . Woh mujhe ajj bhi dhamki de raha hai ki 19 tarikh ko mukje dilhi court me present hona hai . Nahi to mere home address par police aa jaigi,

I am a unemployed boy who was looking for a job to earn pocket money!
then i made contact through quicker job search, the com person told me for excel based data entry work within 15 days for this i will have not pay any registration fee which is 5100 if i complete the work within the time period then com will pay me rs-31000 after deducting the regs fee of rs-5100,
then they have made legal contract and made digitally singed
when i searched about the company profile i found nothing about the company and got lot of information regarding fake & harassing & threatening to other client as they have lodged the compliant agst the company
i did not do the work, the respective time of 15 days have been passed then then send me the legal notice thr mail that i have made cheat the company . the section of 406 & 420 has been charged on you . for this your have to pay 5100 along with legal fee for rs-3000 within 15 days from the date of receiving the notice thr mail
i got frighten & deposited the amount of rs-5100 along with 2000 as legal fee
then they have told me your case will be closed
they have sent me twice the NOC certificate
but how ever they have making me harassed & threatening by different mob no, [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] & mailed me always on this mail id-sp.[protected]@gmail.com
today they have sent me mail that i have to pay 42550 for penalty or present in the delhi high court on 19th of july other wise they have sent the police at my address
i am survived by wife & 3years daughter,
i am poor boy
plz sir help me immediately and get rid of them i am attchting all the dccoment .
