I ordered i8 earpods worth ₹1499 4-5 days back and today i received the delivery. The received earpods looks used as there are lot of scratches and they are not even working, it’s is very disheartening that the company gives such products and then they fail to respond to e-mails/calls. I would like you to look into the matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible as i have given my hard earned money.
