I have ordered for i8 earpods but received i7s which are of very bad quality looks very old with more scratches. Either they needs to replace this with new earpods or they should refund full amount. The working conditions of earpods also very works and is not pairing correctly. As i have paid 1499 rs. So i need my refund from them i have mailed them almost 5 times from past 2 days till now but their is no revert from their side even their is no customer care helpline no. Is available.

This is very worst experience.

Bought i8 EarPods for 1499/-, Inreceived and its not even worth 500/-, total waste and now m not getting any media to return the same back, have messaged so many times but no reply and as per their return policy they need to receive the return item in 3 days ... worst site and worst product ... it’s fake

I have ordered Bluetooth speaker as brand of i8 iPod. But I received a China product and that value is very high 1500 so I want to return this item and still the team of i8 earpod has not replying my query.
