I8 Earpods — refund request for fake/damaged product

I have purchase an i8 earpods from "https://www.i8earpods.com/" on 28th july'18 order id - iep9246
Worst product i had ever buy so far & it is damaged too.
It has been stated under specification on official website as "the new and improved lithium polymer battery allows seamless enjoyment of music and 100 hours of stand-by, only take 1.5 hours to fully charged." which is not true at all, it is completely wrong information which has been provided this earpods take atleast 3 hours to get full charge n stay for 40-45 min only.
Highly disappointed with the product within one month of the purchasing duration i have used it only thrice or twice.

Moreover i try to find out a support number to have a discussion with them but there is no telephone number available at website.

I got this item with damaged part. Kindly take it back or replace the item as soon as possible. I think this is a fake company to serve fools because there is no proper contact number also for communication.

Kindly do the needful & take an immediate action.
