I8Earpods.com — received defective item. awaiting update and refund

I have received a defective pair of headphones. As per their return policy, i am supposed to let them know within 3 days after receiving my order. I have not heard back from them and they do not have a phone number mentioned on their website.

I wish to return my order and receive a refund back to my card.

My order # is iep65171

I had initially requested for a cancellation however they delivered my product and are not taking it back now.

Hi, can I please hear back from someone about my refund. This is very bad service. I received defective and poor quality merchandise first of all and now that I have shipped back the item within 3 days I have no clue as to what is going on with the refund process. Attached is the proof the item was shipped back to you.
