iBall — 5.1 booster bth

Dear sir/madam,

I had purchased i ball booster 5.1 bth on 04.11.2018. i have some problem its item last one month. then i registered a complaint regardig issues.

My complaint/ticket number is [protected] date 05.10.2019.

Even afte 38 days, there are not resolve my complaint.

I humbly request you that follow up this matter and please resolve this problem as soon as possible.

Within 2 months one was damaged

With in 2 months one ear phone was damaged but you given that it has 1 year warranty then what should I do. It is wired earphones
