Iball Andi5E7 — regarding 3g issue

hello. I'm the consumer of your product (iball andi5e7 )this product lacks with 3g, whereas other manufacturers provide 3g to their phones at the same price or lesser than this . but this makes me feel so sad when it comes to internet . as the speed of internet is very very very poor. except lack of 3g . everything is good . therefore I'm not satisfied with this product which lacks 3g support . hence your product is not satisfactory and I would rather suggest my friends not to purchase this product . thank you
