Hi,
I (K. Madhan mohan) have visited your authenticated i ball crevice center (Inspirisys solutions limited) on 10-oct-2019.
There was a problem with charging pin (Tablet pc i ball brisk 4g2), i have mentioned same at desk, they have registered the details & provided me the customer receipt, after that they said that there are no technician’s available, the repairing cannot be done today & it takes 2 days.
Then i told them to return back my i ball tablet, they said it got registered for the repair. The tablet cannot be return back until repair is done.
As i need it urgently i wants them to cancel the registration, but they have not cancelled the registration & they charged 354 rs, without doing anything.
Apart in the bill they mentioned cgst :9% & sgst/ugst : 9%, but the company is not registered for gst no. (Refer the enclosed bill)
Previously i got repaired my i ball tablet in old center (Chandralok complex, 111,, sd road, secunderabad, 500003), they were on time & servicing also fast, i have not face any problem at that time.
Finally i got it repaired outside, they charged it 350 rs
My kind request to take action this activity & do the needful
