Dear sir, i have purchased iball Tablet PC Elan 4G2 in dec 2017 with the serial no.: [protected], till date i am unable to use this tablet because of faulty product provided to me. i have deposited this tablet to iball service centre six times from the date of purchase due to manufacturing fault of the product. i have told to service centre person please change / replace this tablet with new one or refund my money of Tablet otherwise i will take help of comsumer forum court. please see the number of times i deposited tablet in iball service centre. they never repaired properly. today i talk to service centre for there is no response, thev told me that your tablet is not yet ready .
