iBall — iball iball slide elan 3x32 tablet with motherboard issue | |||
I bought the iball slide elan 3*32 from amazon on 17th august, 2019. I have not used not even 2months and got this issue, not able to switching on. I handed over it in one of the iball service centers on 10/10/2019. As of today iball is saying that still searching for parts. Call order number: [protected] serial/imei no: [protected] if the product is not in production why iball is selling online and amazon is allowing to sell such false products to customers. This is misleading customers with false products. And the iball customer care[protected] is worst which i saw in my lifetime and no one give proper response. After looking all this hectic experience with iball from past two months i don't want any such products from iball and i am expecting refund my from iball. Now iball is ready to provide replacement but the replacement product is lower version of the tablet which i bought. I bought for rs.9990/- but iball is providing the tablet which costs rs.7900/- and also the hardware configuration is very less. Iball is fooling the customers selling the failure products through e-commerce sights and same time service is not providing correctly. This issue is going on from more than 4 months and warrnty had given for one year. What is the use of such service from iball. I am requesting please help me to refund my money from iball.
