This is to inform you that iball after sales services is extremely poor.
Brought : iball itab moviez pro 64 gb 10.1 inch with wi-fi+4g tablet coal black on 18.10.2019

Problem: display gone blank suddenly.
Went to services centre on 24.01.2020

Till date 19.02.2020 (27 days) i haven't got my tab back, service centre says they haven't got the part from iball
Iball call centre[protected] never pick the call even after 10 minutes and 02 seconds (Screenshot attached)

Given tablet Breeze BJ purchased during March, 2019 The touch screen got damaged to authorized service at Baroda service centre on 3rd December 2019, is under warranty but till date17feb 20200 not repaired.
Written 7 Emails to company, no response.

Router was not working . Thier service center verified the issue and took back the router . And confirmed me to provide new router. its been 3 and 1/2 month .i have not received any router back.
