I bought dis laptab last year. Within a month I realised dat some of d keys r not working on keyboard. Like when I was trying to type @ it was typing ".
It was not getting properly charged.
Then in the month of august 2016 it got hanged one day and then stopped working.
I tried to approach to ur service centre, but after many difficulties I managed to.
Then ur service centre kept it for two and a half bloody months to repair it..
When finally they gave me back I m still facing the same problem..
I had a word with the service centre guy and he asked me to bring it back..
Sir, as I bought it on 14th Feb 2016 and even during the warranty period I suffered a lot.
And now after 20 days the warranty period will be over..
What should I do..
I am a working professional and it is not easy to go all the way to service centre again and again.
I am highly disappointed by the product and services
I further want to make a complaint in consumer court as I gifted dis to my hubby and got embarrassed.. Was this information helpful? |
