[Resolved] iBall — Mobile Service is ver y very bad | |||
I have bought Iball Vibe WiFi on April 2012, and it got some issues after 11 months, i gave it to service and they cant solve the issue and they provide me other handset (But, that handset is not new i think, based on its conditions. After 10 months again that mobile got issues regarding touch problem. Again i gave it to service, there they have said warranty got over, so it will cost Rs.450/-. I gave service on June 9th 2014 and still now, they are saying touch panel is not available. waiting for spare parts. Is this the quality given by I Ball? I need it very soon as possible or replace that mobile with another mobile. Was this information helpful? | |||
