Our concerned team have verified with S K Telecom-Ambernath (Authorised service center) and as per their report, your iBall Andi 5M Xotic 2GB mobile (IMEI Number-[protected] ) have been damaged by liquid.
As per iBall’s warranty terms and conditions, liquid damaged product is not covered under warranty, It would be repaired on chargeable basis.
Furthermore, as per the report, you have collected your mobile handset on 10-1-17 from the service center.
If you are willing to get it repaired, we recommend you to visit the service center and confirm the estimation.
Accordingly, the service center personnel can process the repair.

I m impressed that Iball has reverted me .
Now, as per what is mentioned that the mobile was damaged due to liquid found in it but there was not any sign of any kind of liquid in the mobile at the time when delivered the mobile at the service center .
So, its clear that it got that liquid in it when it was with the service center or in transit between service center and Iball company.
Further, it was not collected by me on 10th jan but was collected on 29th jan that to with explanation that the mother board and connector is damaged which again was not the case when i had submitted it to service center.
I think i am not going to get my issue resolved and i'll highlight this thing on social medias like FB, i'll request and make people aware that not to purchase any Iball product as they just sell and after that Iball i not bothered whatever happens to the product .
They advertise their product by hiring Celebs like Kareena Kapoor, they pay hefty amount to them but not bothered to deliver a better service to their customers.
I am sorry but its a very bad expereince i had with Iball, how come such a brand can do this with their customers nowadays when there is cut throat competition between almost all brands.
Never expected such silly revert.
I'm going to post all the conversation on FB let the world know about what Iball do with their customers
