[Resolved]  iBall — Replacement for defective product is not yet received

Hi I have purchased iBall bluetooth headset on 11-Nov-2013 and in the last month I faced an issue over my product. I have taken that to Service Center and they said they would provide me the replacement. The product produced to Service Center on 25-Jun-2014. Still I am not getting proper response from the center. They keep saying that we would arrange you in another 3-4 days. But its been more than a month and no solution. Escalated this to their officials and even they say the same which is annoying me. Below are the details of the product. Attached the customer receipt. Request you to take some action and I am glad to provide if you need something from my end. Model: BTHS05 Headset Bluetooth Product submitted to Service Center: 25-Jun-2014 Serial No.: RPS242519
