I myself Kevin Thakker (email id : [protected]@gamil.com) wants to bring to your notice that I have submitted my mobile Andi 3.5i on 14 Aug 2014 (Mobile warranty valid till 9 Sept 2014) for battery issues I was being told by executive Reshma Parab of Kalyan branch taht I will be receiving new battery after 4 days with an estimated cost of 350 rs .When I visited Kalyan branch after 4 days i was again told to come after 2 days this continued till more 3 days, then finally she informed me that since my mobile was in warranty period so company has decide tp replace entire mobile and give you a brand new mobile.I was supposed to receive this new mobile on 18th of this month i.e 18 September.When i approached the Kalyan gallery again the executive there Reshma Parab told me to visit the galley on 20th Sept now this time i was been given a excuse of your service is under process and for my satisfaction she gave complaint numbers[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] and[protected]complaint number by given by above 4 contacts).When called on these number a lady picked up a call and told that "The number you have dialled is currently busy .Please try later".I was shocked to hear this reply as it was not a computerized system and literally the lady picked up the call and said it.Now finally I have decide to wait for for 5 more days else on this monday I will claim on this company.I request you all to please support me and being united we can fight for our justice.
