iBall — waiting since 80 days to get my product replacement | |||
I bought iball cinebar 100 high power 80 w bluetooth soundbar on 19th of october 2019, with in 40 days, product stopped working, i gave the speaker for service on dec 28th 2019, i was told the product would be replaced in a week, its been 80 days, still my promised replacement is not given. Customer care told me to wait few more weeks, have done more than 20 calls and 20 emails, its all of no use, absolutely pathetic response from iball team, Literally feel like got cheated believing in indian brand.
