Iberry Asia — Tab battery and charging issue

I purchased a tab Auxus core X 8 manufactured by Iberry Asia through on line shopping. After about 3 months the charging of the tab was poor and raised a complaint ticket on and till this date ie., 2nd Nov. 2014 they took my tab and NOT YET RETURNED

Updated by drmohandoss The tab was handed over personally to the collection center at Chennai on 13-08-14 and the complaint was raised in the 2nd week of July
