Pnr no. Egpchm. Flight from bom to goa and back, 14th dec to 19th dec 2019. Called made to goibibo customer service to enquire about cancellation refund, seeking information only. Executive confirmed he will get back with the information. But cancelled my flight. Now i demand that we must be booked on the same flight at the same cost. Please request for recording for goibibo.
