[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — account debited but no confirmation | |||||
I had booked a cab from kochi airport, kerala to katapanna for which i was asked to make advance payment of 580 for which i tried to make payment but after entering the otp, it should problem in payment so i booked it through another account for which the same thing happened but after some time both my account has been debited and i have received no confirmation. Pls refer to my mail (Re: [#24946408] GoCars - Refund - Refund Status Enquiry - CARPAF55ODXA8XY) where I have submitted the necessary documents asked by Goibibo sending mail to get my gocash + credit but your team always ask for 48 working hours. This is going on for the last 10 days. I hope you may find the solution to my problem
