[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — advance booking but room not available on check in | |
I booked 2 classic non ac room for 4 member who were on religiois tour to south india in all season guest house in trivendrum frpm 14/12/2017 to 17/12/2017. On checking in on 14/12/2017 at 10:30 pm after travelling 60 ht train joirney from delhi to trivendrum, this hotel said that rooms are not available at forced to stay in a 3 bed single room. We paid in advanced.. And we got cheated.. Take action as soon as possible and refundmy money otherwise i will sue goibibo in consumer forum. Was this information helpful? | |
