[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — air tickets not received in spite of payment | |||||
Hi, i had booked a round trip from Guwahati to Hyderabad on 25 th and 28 th .I paid using google pay and i was given a payment ref id GOFLDAND52b81560... I recieved a mail saying my booking was under progress, and the payment has been made.Accordingly the money was deducted from my acct amounting to Rs 13169.But i have not recieved any e tickets till now.In the app there is no mention of my upcoming booking, instead they show that the payment has not been made, so booking could not be done.But i have a screenshot of the app previously saying payment recieved.I need the tickets or my money back...plz help Was this information helpful? | |||||
