This is to bring into your attention that this is a long pending matter, further you don't need to pay a penny from your pockets rather the airlines had agreed long back for the refund and with your inefficiency you are delaying the same for an inordinate period.

Even after receiving ref mail and every info, it's been 3 months they are in silence.

Updated by Obelix So we got refund approval of refund from Singapore Airlines and Air Asia and you are asking refund from Lufthansa!! Great! So this way those 45-60 days will never arrive.
