[Resolved]  Ibibo Group / Goibibo — airlines tickets

Hi,
Worst experience ever i had. Airasia people did not allow me to enter the flight because they said they want malasian visa for us so we cannot travel. On the website they said you don't need visa if you travelling from same terminal and told to contact goibibo. I need my money refund for my flights. They did not allow me to sit in the flight from bombay to denpasar bali i did not use any of your flight.
They forced me to book another emergency flight.

Send me compensation claim number for my trip cancellation because of airasia people or else you have to refund me my complete flight charges.

Please be informed, you have been denied to board the flight due to Visa issue, as you don't have Malaysian Visa.

Please note Goibibo don't deal with Visa and while booking you have received the Pop up for any transit visa you need to take care by yourself.

In this case, there is no fault of Goibibo.

This stands resolved from our end.
