[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — amount of rs 2040.15 payment made from airtel money bank | |
I transferred money of RS 2040.15 from Airtel money wallet to myntra online shopping on 28th august.ibtalk from both side and Airtel staff said that money is transferred from my Airtel payment Bank, but myntra online shopping did not get the money. When i saw transaction history, i found that payment made to ibibo Pvt limited.i am providing a screen shot of transaction.please immediately look into this matter.and refund my money to my Airtel payment Bank. Sep 7, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved I complained about Money deducted from my Airtel payment Bank and after 10 days i got my refund.but if you get any call who asked your bank account details for refund just don't give him. Ibibo Group / Goibibo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Sep 06, 2019 Updated by Aman Bajaj 1 You refund me only Rs 681.45 . But my complain of RS 2040.15 .
