[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — amt debited from my bank acc on unsuccessful transaction | |||||
I made payment of rs. 5430/- to sose.org.in on 09.09.2018 for purchase its various products through union bank of india net banking. However payment has been declined as per sose's email, but in actual payment has been debited from my bank account. I inquired with sose, they have not received any payment against my order. But my bank acc statement shows the amount debited and paid to ibibo web pvt ltd. Please help me urgently and resolve the issue.. Was this information helpful? | |||||
