[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — booked flight tickets through goibibo.com

Booked flight tickets (Air asia + jet airways) on 26th may 2018 from kuala lumpur to new delhi via chennai for 29th june 2018 through goibibo.com and payment released through icici bank credit card against booking.in spite of they received the payment, they have not confirm the tickets and not provided any pnr no.

I have called them 2 times. Fisrt time they cut the phone after listening the issue without resolution of my problem. 2nd time they informed that it is under automation and there is a technical problem and they may return the money within 24- 48 hrs. They failed reply actual reasons for not providing tickets confirmation. I want to know, if they donot have any sit in the particular flight, they should not allow customer to book the tickets along with relaese fund. It is a serious issue after taking the payment not confirming ticket dstatus and keeping block the money (Rs.56.463/-) for 2-3 days.

Now i have to book the tickets again with higher rate due to situation created by them as tickets prices are dynamic and tremendous demand due to holidays. Even i do not know whether they will be returned the money in time or not. Service and dealing of goibibo is very pathetic and they do not realize intensity of their act and customer problem created by them. I want immediate confirm tickets or refund of money with difference of fare from goibibo.
