[Resolved]  Ibibo Group / Goibibo — booked hotel was not closed on arrival

As i said several times that i didn’t see anyone at hotel not even security guard & as well as receptionist. I have made immediate call to given number. I tried calling multiple times then i decided to another hotel to stay.

Note: i’m telling this thing again n again & don’t try to manipulate that i was not visited to hotel. If any staff would be there then i would have communicated where as in my case hotel itself was closed & i didn’t see any staff & reception.

I tried to knock here & there so at least some one should come out to help us. Where as after 45 mins of struggling, we all 4 members went to another hotel.

I need complete refund + 5000 compensation which i have paid due to hotel problem.
