[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — booking not successful, amount deducted | |
On 17th i tried booking for hotel room in mandarmani (Bombay beach resort) through upi. The transaction was successful and i got the upi reference number but no confirmation from goibibo. On calling their customer service i was informed that the booking was unsuccessful and the money will be credited within 48 working hours. The service request id shared by them was 27172617. But no money is credited to my account and also i cannot reach the customer service executives as on calling the ivr just sends a link to follow the self help option. I do not have any booking id so that does not work, the amount deducted was 5201. The upi id is[protected] Was this information helpful? | |
