[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — booking problem

I have booked a hotel ticket at munnar, kerala for 19, 20, 21 oct 2017. I got confirmation mail from goibibo after payment of booking amount. After booking i called the customer executive of goibibo for payment confirmation. They said that all payment done from my side was done. When i tried to contact with hotel executive they denied for any booking done for that time period. When i getting know that there is some issue with the booking and contact to goibibo they informed me that there is some issue is there and booking has been cancelled and i have to book again if i want to book on that same time period. As discussed over the phone we know that your booking got cancelled due to rate issue. We had a discussion on this with the higher management and we are processing 1500 Non-promotional gocash which is equivalent to cash with no validity and capping. You can use the 1500 gocash in one lot for your future booking.

The gocash would be credited in next 24-48 hours.
