Klm reservations india Sat, feb 9, 1:57 pm (3 days ago) To me Dear ranjeet, Please be advised that there are no remarks which we need to pass for the travel agent from reservations office. Your travel agent can contact the sales desk of air france/klm for checking the possibility of refund, as advised in the trailing e-mail. We notice that the airport staff has already updated the necessary remarks in the pnr. But goibibo don't given any clarification. They said we working on it 15 days already done...
