[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — bus booking failed-amount debited | |
I have tried to make a bus booking through goibibo.com on 23rd december and paid through googlepay. The booking failed but my account got debited by rs.604. Though the amount has not been refunded to my account. I have contacted customer care, bank everywhere but no use. Where is my money? It was my mistake to have booked through goibibo which has very poor customer service. I want my money back. Attaching payment proof. Was this information helpful? | |
