[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Bus ticket was cancelled but the amount is not refunded

I had booked a bus ticket from hubli to pune and cancelled if after few days. The status of refund as shown in goibibo support is REFUNDED, but the amount is not refunded to the bank. I have also written to goibibo but havent received any response and also tried calling goibibo but it doesnt redirect to customer care. Kindly look into the issue as early as possible.
