I have been trying to contact you from 5 days to confirm my booking from bangalore to napoli.. Y'day i received mail saying that u will contact me in 2 hours but didn't receive any call.. I have my visa tommorow plz call and confirm.. Being a travel agent u people need to be b more responsible.. Your customer support should be effective and efficient..
