[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — cancel hotel booking but not getting the refund | |||
I booked a hotel in digha kanchan international and canceled as it had free cancelation before the booking date... But i not getting my refund back which is 2338/-.. I sending the go ibibo them several msgs and called them too but no active response at all... They only sending me emails we appreciate ur patience u just wait for refund as the rnn not generating... It's about 25 days passed but till yet i am not getting my money back... From the perticular cancelation quary menu of this site the blocked my no.. So i can't do msg too for any enquiry for this cancelation and refund issue... Such a fraud site never do booking again through this site Was this information helpful? | |||
