[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — cancelling my outstation cab booking at the last minute | |
My pnr no - carpafci9mk1z64 I booked my outstation cab with this pathetic goibibo company from delhi to agra at 5:30 pm on 24th may. At 5:30 when the driver didn't showed up, i called him and he gave me an excuse that he cannot come. I called the goibibo executives and they told me they are looking into the matter. After multiple calls and wasting my one hour, they called and replied that they can't arrange the cab. I mean are we fools or what? There are important work and medical emergency. Shouldn't they inform it earlier? I have to go through lot of trouble by going through offline agencies to book a cab since other online plateforms are asking for minimum 3 hours booking time. Moreover, they have still not initiated the refund for the booking done. Apart from refund, i want to claim damage charges from them. They just can't escape from giving a hell experience to customer and then calling and saying we will refund your amount. Was this information helpful? | |

i am abdul qaiser, i booked a train on (19-Mar-2019) and payed Rs. 2100, refrence (IMPS/P2A/[protected]/XXXXXXX617KKBK) but its shows successfull but it didnot please refund my money as it has already took 3 months, and your gravience cell is worst service is worst
