Ibibo Group / Goibibo — charged for a flight after the session expired | |||
I had booked a flight earlier for the 17th of february 2020 in the name of mr kunal nandy flying for delhi to ahmedabad flight sg 8913. While booking the session timed out, so i used a different travel portal to book the same flight for which the confirmation was received. Unfortunately, after about an hour, the confirmation email for the same flight was received from goibibo - pnr - ogpz6h. On receipt of the email, i immediately called the helpline number and had a talk with mrs prerna at the helpcentre, but without any fruitful outcome. The refund was promised to me, but the cancellation email and the refund has not been received yet. Attached below are the two tickets, one from goibibo (Which i received after the session timed out) and the second from make my trip (Which was the one mr nandy travelled on).
