[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Charged twice for same transaction | |||
On April 23, 2017 I was charged twice for same transaction. Transaction ID are as follows 1) 75105177114000712103469 2) 75105177114000712094510 And auth ID are 571092, 958065 I made the transaction through ICICI bank credit card with last 4 digits 0004. I asked bank but as per bank the transaction was claimed by merchant so bank could not reverse it back. Was this information helpful? | |||
