[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — cheating by goibibo | |||
I booked a deluxe room at grand bhagavati ahmadabad for 11th and 12th jan. Goibibo offered marginal discount for the same as compared to the rates given by grand bhagavati. After checking in on 11th jan i came to know that my booking was only for room and not morning breakfast which was included in the tariff offered by the hotel. This means goibibo cheated me as the merger discount was at the cost of morning breakfast, offered by hotel for all deluxe room clients. One need to be careful while booking through such sites which have an attitude to cheat Was this information helpful? | |||
