Dear sir, I had booked 4 tickets from goibibo which were 100% refundable for which i had paid full amount prescribed by goibibo. I had cancelled my all tickets on 5 april 2020. As of today i have not received the refund from goibibo. Also as per goibibo policy for every 2 hours delay i must get rs.100/- for every tickets. That also i havent received till today. May i know when can i get the full refund plus gocash+ amount. Any please reply soon otherwise i have to approach to the concern court authority for the same. I also called the customer care number 8 days back. They said you will get the entire refund at the earliest. But no refund received till today.
