[Resolved]  Ibibo Group / Goibibo — complaint regarding, hotel regency surat

Address:Hotel regency near railway station, Surat, Gujarat

I have booked hotel regency surat from 10 till 12th july. After reaching hotel they don’t have any service and for parking they were very harsh n blur that they are not responsible for our car which was parked in front of there property. They don’t even proving any space or guard for that car parking
Being a central employee i know all acts and rules but it’s my complain against your company and services and against hotel too.
Either refund my money or just shift me to a better hotel with parking security
