[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Customer service and cancellation policy | |||||
I Booked a bus ticket for bangalore to Chennai, no cancellation policy was available at time of booking. Due to an emergency, I calmed goibibo after 5 mins to cancel the booking, they said no refund as per cancellation policy (which was not mentioned while booking). I was on a call for 22 minutes and call was disconnected by goibibo as I asked to transfer call to manager. Worst customer service ever. Was this information helpful? | |||||
