[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — delay in cab arrival | |||
I had booked a cab from pune to mumbai central and was supposed to leave at 11am. I had a conversation with the driver at 9.30 confirming the timings and the location. But later at 10.45 i called him again, his phone was switchef off. I kept on trying till 11.10 but his phone was switched off agin. I called the customer care but they lied telling me that he will be available in next 15 mins. I even requested them for another cab. But to my surprise neither the driver turned up nor the people from the company took any responsibility for arranging another cab. They constantly kept on saying that the cab will be available in next 10 min for an hour. They arranged a call to that driver and he said that he was on his way from mumbai to pune and would take another 40 mins to 50 mins. I was already late by 45 mins as i had a train to catch. Lastly i had to make alternatives my self. Was this information helpful? | |||
