[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — delay in refund of hotel charges of inr 5611/- | |||
This is in regards for the reimbursement of extra amount rs. 5611/- which is still not been credited to our account after sharing our banking account details. As we were been provided sub-standard room and our whole stay was spoiled. After following up several times, we are been told that the payment is still not been processed. Very bad experience with go-ibibo team very unprofessional and unethical. Ifthe issue is not been closed within a week will like to lodge. Was this information helpful? | |||
