Ibibo Group / Goibibo — delay in refund of payment by months and refuse to pay compensation as per policy of company and reserve bank of india | |||
I have made a payment from my ICICI bank account for an amount of Rs 1541.00 to goibibo.[protected]@axisbank through upi ID[protected] payments on 24th September 2019.The company GOIBIBO continued to confirm that the transaction is unsuccessful and the payment was not received by them upto 9th December 2019.After receipt of the money on 9th December 2019.They found that the payment received against payment ID GOHTLDANDNY2W8Y5 was to be refunded as the transaction was unsuccessful. Goibibo refunded the money on 09th January 2020. I have requested a compensation from goibibo as per the declared written policy of goibibo and written RBI guideline but they denied the same and refused to follow RBI guidelines and honour their own policy in writing. Goibibo refuse to pay rightful compensation for delay in refund of payment by months even as per goibibo policy or reserve bank of india policy.It is shameful and lack of respect for rules and regulations.
