Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Delay in refund or no action by goibibo air ticket agency | |
Please accept my greetings first. I had booked a ticket on 25 jan booking id: n6efg7its. Flight was from ahemdabad to delhi by pnr-fg7its flight amount 5378 rs. I had done booking by goibibo website and they gave me indigo airlines ticket. Ticket got cancelled due to covid 19. I have been confirmed by indigo airlines by mail for returning amount as per mail trail attached. Amount has been returned from indigo airlines to goibibo air ticket booking agency. But they are not returning the amount. I have sent them many requests. But neither they are responding nor they are returning any amount. Kindly help.
