Ibibo Group / Goibibo — denial of air ticket refund claim even though it is cleared by airlines

We have received a confirmation from airlines that my refund is successfully credited to goibibo's account but still goibibo is not refunding the amount and saying it is pending with airlines. I have email from airlines where they have said it is successfully credited to your travel agent. Please see below extract of email fro airlines.
