[Resolved]  Ibibo Group / Goibibo — did not received refund

On 1st of april i made a booking on Goibibo from cheenai to delhi for 15th of april and operator cancelled my ticket and i talk to them regarding refund they said you will get in within 7-14 days but till now i did not received money yet. Recently also i talked to them but they always claims that you have to wait for more 14 days.. And after every 14-15 days later them claims the same argument...Please check it issue you can check the attached picture...

We request you to share the BOOKING ID/Payment ID along with e-mail address and contact number used at the time of booking so that we can check the refund status ASAP.

Also, please share the complete e-mail you received on cancellation and refund from us/airlines.
